Refund policy

We really hope you are happy with your purchase. 

Only in the event of a garment being faulty can we accept returns. Please ensure the item is unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging before sending back to us. We cannot accept or process returns of items that have shown obvious signs of use and/or are damaged. Items must also be returned within 14 days of notifying us in order for a refund to be processed. Postage costs for returns for faulty items will be covered by Pip & Ink.
